Pre Camp Planning Meeting

• DEEC staff will organise a planning meeting via Teams with you​ to draft your program and to support you with notes, paperwork, questions and budget.​

Camp budgeting

• Costs and fees - please use our Cost Cal​culator 
• Organise transportation ​to and from DEEC​

Staffing

• Consider accompanying adults (special needs support, adult/gender ratios, First Aid qualified staff and ability to participate). ​
  
• Arrange a meeting with accompanying adults to discuss expectations and distribute: 
  • Accompanying Adult Brochure, 
  • Medical Form & Informed Consent ADULTS

Consent

Medications

• Ensure you understand what is required for Administering Medications on your school ca​mp.  Refer to the DOE Policy and Procedure Register administration-of-medications-in-schools-procedure
• Collect IHP, EHP, AP, BMP etc. (​email with alert list - bring colour version with you)​
